Meet our new Sales Operations Manager Charlotte Cox 🤗
Charlotte has worked within the Recruitment industry for over 11 years, holding multiple different roles until she decided 2 years ago to go self employed as she wanted to provide a thorough and enjoyable recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
Charlotte will be working with our Head of Operations Heather Saunders to ensure the smooth running of Phoenix51 internally and for our wonderful clients. She will also be heading up our service projects and continuing to provide that enjoyable experience for both clients and candidates.
Originally from Kent, Charlotte now lives with her partner Justin in Suffolk where he is based in the RAF. They both enjoy training at the gym and taking their fur child Jesse, who is a chocolate lab, out for long walks. 🐕 They are lucky enough to live near Thetford Forest which has plenty of lovely country parks so not short of places to visit.
Both Charlotte and her partner enjoy a variety of music so love going to live gigs and love a day out watching the rugby. They are finally getting married at the end of this year so currently planning for that 💒
