Meet our new Chief Growth Officer, Dave McGrath.
Dave has over 20 years of experience in sales and SaaS, including 15 years in sales management. He’s making the move from the media industry to talent management, bringing a fresh perspective to Phoenix51.
Over the next few months he will be working with CEO Lee McQueen and COO Chris Wimshurst to grow the business and secure new clients with a view to eventually scaling the sales team. Lee says he is “absolutely delighted Dave is onboard with us, his core values and experience in growing SaaS businesses will be a critical part of our success across 2023 and beyond”.
Dave says “Already I can see the opportunity for Phoenix51 to centralise and digitise the talent management process, which is still managed on spreadsheets in many businesses. One of my favourite parts of the platform so far is the feedback function, which generates automated reports to help give structured, detailed feedback to candidates. Whenever I’ve been in the position of looking for a new role, the lack of feedback is incredibly frustrating, so I see this as a real game-changer for the industry”.
Originally from New Zealand, Dave has lived in the UK for over 20 years. He has three daughters, who keep him very busy outside of work, but he still makes time for live music and sport.
