Scarlett narrowly lost out to Carina Lepore in The Apprentice final (series 15). Since being on the show she has won the backing of Lord Sugar in her business, Harper Fox Search Partners. The business offers leadership talent solutions for the energy, engineering, utility, transport and manufacturing sectors.

In this episode Scarlett will be discussing her time in the process and the huge growth to her business. She will also touch on how she juggles being a mother and an entrepreneur.
