The Phoenix51 #Talent150 is back, recognising the Top 150 Most Influential Recruitment, Talent and HR Professionals.
The Top 150 represents those in the industry who have championed change, supported equality and diversity and raised the profile of talent and HR. To find the most influential people in recruitment, HR and talent management, we wanted to create a methodology which considered more than just the size and engagement of their following, but also took into consideration, insight and analysis from experts in the sector to ensure diversity within this influential list. We reviewed the Phoenix51 2021 Top 100 as well as the opinions of a wide variety of industry experts to ensure we captured as broad a group of talent as possible.
